Yoga is Coming

We will be starting Yoga soon.  We are going to try it 4 days a week and go from there.  Ashley Koster is our instructor and soon to be Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.  Classes will be:

Monday - 9:45 - 10:45 (with childcare available)
Wednesday - 9:45 - 10:45 (with childcare available)
Tuesday - 4:15 - 5:00 (no childcare)
Thursday - 4:14 - 5:00 (no childcare)

9 September Fundamentals

The September 9th class is full and we have started a waiting list.  Everyone that is currently in the class must come to the box and pay for your class to reserve your seat.
