Early Closure Next Friday and Saturday

A)  Front Squat
      3 reps @ 80% of 1RM
      2 reps @ 85-90% of 1RM
      1 rep @ 90-95% of 1RM
      5 reps @ 60-65% of 1RM
      5 reps @ 65-70% of 1RM
      5 reps @ 70-75% of 1RM
      5 reps @ 75-80% of 1RM
      5 reps @ 80-85% of 1RM
       - rest 2 min between sets-
B)  3 Rd AMRAP.  In 3 min intervals, row 500m, with remaining time, complete max C2B pull-ups. 
      - rest 3 min between rds.


Early Closure next Friday and Closed Saturday

I hate to announce this but it is a necessary event.  Dig Deep will close early on Friday the 6th at 1:00pm and not open on Saturday the 7th.  I wish there was a "Plan B"...but being the only coach, I suppose it has to happen.  This is the weekend that Mike, Chris and Ashlee are headed to Chi-Town to take their CrossFit Level 1 training course and subsequent exam and I want to support them in this.
