Tomorrows WOD:
A) Five sets of:
Push Press (1.1.1) (from the floor...full clean into the front rack. tap and go as much as
possible between reps)
(Build heavy as you go..keeping good form and full extension)
Rest 2 minutes in between sets.
B) “Open WOD 13.3”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (men..20lb to 10’ / women..14lb to 9’)
90 Double-unders (x1 singles)
30 Muscle-upsTodays WOD:
