Alternating Pistols (x 10-12 reps)
L-Sit (x 30 seconds)
B. In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds as possible in 20-minutes:
5 Deadlifts (275/185 lbs)
10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups (reg pull ups if not proficient in C2B)
15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
