     - Deadlifts (5-6 reps)
     - HSPU x max reps
       (Rest 2 min)

B) For Time:
     40 KB Swings (53/35)
     20 Burpees
     30 KB Swings (53/35)
     15 Burpees
     20 KB Swings (53/35)
     10 Burpees
     10 KB Swings (53/35)
       5 Burpees
