A) Four sets of:
     Press + Push Press
     (rest 60 sec)
     Barbell Floor Wipers (5 reps)
     (rest 60 sec)

B) Three rounds for time of:
      12 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
      12 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
      30 Double Unders (x2 singles)
