Tomorrows WOD

Tomorrows WOD:
 
A) Four sets of 3 position Snatch (High Hang, Mid Thigh, Floor) (building as able each set)
     Rest 2 minutes between sets
B) Three sets of:
      Halting Snatch Deadlifts + Snatch Pull (building as able each set)
      Rest as needed
C) Back Squats:
     Set 1 - 5 Reps at 60%
     Set 2 - 3 Reps at 70%
     Set 3 - 2 Reps @ 80%
     Set 4 - 1 Rep @ 90%
     Set 5 - Max Reps @ 80%
     Rest 2 min between sets
