Tomorrows WOD:
 
 A) Back Squat (15min)
      Set 1 – 5 reps @ 60% of 1-RM
      Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75%
      Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85%
      Set 4 – 10 reps @ 70%
      Rest 2 minutes between sets

B) In 12 min, complete as many reps as possible of:
     15 wall balls (20/14)
     10 Box over box jumps (30/24)
      5 HSPU's (3 wall walks/3 hand stand holds (5 sec holds)
