Today's WOD

Today's WOD

A) Warm -up
      "Mini- Annie"
       Run 400M...then, 30...20...10 Double Unders and Sit-ups (x3 for singles)
B) METCON:
     For time, complete the following work:  (25 min time cap)
     - 100 Wall Balls (20/14)
     - 30 Push Press (135/95)
     - 100 Wall Balls (20/14)
